Good morning travelers. Flying conditions for this Monday morning are looking good across the USA and Canada to start the week off. There are no major ATC delays at major airports across the continent.

Mondays are typically busy days at the airport, so make sure to arrive early for check-in and get through security before boarding.

As always, make sure to check with your airline for potential delays, as not all airline delays are caused by weather and ATC issues.

Happy Travels!

Any travel tips regarding Coronavirus?

Some flight schedules have been impacted by the outbreak. I always recommend people check with their airline regarding possible schedule adjustments.

For the most part, travel within North America continues to function as normal, but there are plans by many airlines to cut back schedules in the next month or two.

In the USA, the CDC does have a set of recommendations for all travelers. Travelers should check with their local health agencies regarding coronavirus and travel. I am not a health professional.

I do not have travel plans to any of the highly impacted areas for the moment. (China, South Korea, Italy, Iran) I am planning to travel to Greece in about 6 weeks, I am closely monitoring the situation for this upcoming trip. If I were scheduled to leave within the next week or so, I would probably be changing plans. My main concern is not getting to my destination, I am most concerned about a possible quarantine situation when attempting to return home.

Cruises should be a no go for everyone right now. I'm surprised those are still running.
