It keeps happening, waking up in a panicked state - in my dream I've missed my flight, not packed enough, forgotten my backpack. It's safe to say I'm a little anxious!
Here is a list of the things I've packed thus far!
Windproof/waterproof Jacket and Pants
Hiking boots (merrel)
Thongs (thats flip flops to those not from Australia)
3 pairs of socks
Gloves
3 Shirts
2 pairs of tights
Thermals
General toiletries + bandaids, blister bandaids, deep heat, pain killers, vaseline, vitamins, hydralite
FOOD - Protein Bars, flavoured instand oats (will be buying more food over there)
waterbottle
cooking pot/mug/bowl
sleeping bag
sleeping mat
Journal + pen
Is there anything else I've missed? What are your travel hacks?!
