Materials And Spices Required
Main ingredients
3 mujair fish, clean
2 cloves of garlic, puree
salt and pepper powder to taste
oil to fry sufficiently
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 pieces of red chilli, cut into pieces
2 pieces of green chilli, cut into pieces
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, crushing
2 orange leaves
2 bay leaves
500 ml of water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
HOW TO MAKE THE MUJAIR FISH CUISINE:
Spread the mujair fish with garlic salt, pepper until blended. Fry the fish in hot oil until cooked and dry. Lift and drain.
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter red chili, green chili, lemon grass, galangal, lemon leaf and bay leaf. Mix well and wilt.
Enter water, soy sauce, salt and granulated sugar, stir and cook until boiling. Enter the fish mujair then cook briefly. Lift and serve.
