.......สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆ....ก็มาพบกันอีกแล้วนะคะกับเรา @maruay59 วันนี้ก็เช่นเคยค่ะ.....เราก็มีเรื่องราวดีๆ.....มาเล่าให้เพื่อนๆพี่ๆได้ฟัง....โดยเขียนเป็นบทความให้เพื่อนๆ.....ได้อ่านกันค่ะ....วันนี้เราจะมาเขียนบทความเรื่อง....."ดีท็อกลำไส้" ......เพื่อน ๆ แค่เห็นภาพ ......ก็น้ำลายไหลแล้วใช่มั๊ย !!......มะนาวหั่นใส่พริกกะเกลือ......นี่เป็นอะไรที่เข้ากันดีมาก.......ได้ประโยชน์จากมะนาว.......และเป็นการดีท็อกลำไส้ด้วย......และอีกข้อช่วยระบายนี่แหละ......ทีแรกเราก็กินไม่เป็นหรอก......แต่เพื่อนพากิน......เห็นบอกว่าดีช่วยระบาย......เรากินไปสองสามคำ......เราสู้ความเปรี้ยวของมะนาวไม่ได้......ขอพักยกก่อน......มะนาวนี้มันเปรี้ยวจริง ๆเลยเน๊าะ......อร่อยแต่เปรี้ยวมาก ......พอพักยกเสร็จมากินต่อค่ะ......กินได้อีกสามสี่คำไม่เอาแล้ว......สู้ไม่ไหว......เอาไว้กินพรุ่งนี้ดีกว่า......กินมากเดี๋ยวจู๊ด ๆ ......เดี๋ยวจะลำบากเวลางาน......ขอยกธงขาว......ไม่ไหวจริง ๆ ......ช่วงนี้อากาศ......เปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อย......เพื่อน ๆอย่าลืมดูแล......สุขภาพกันด้วยนะคะ......สุขภาพเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญค่ะ.....สำหรับโพสต์นี้แค่นี้ก่อนนะคะ.....เจอกันโพสต์หน้าค่ะ..... เพื่อนๆ สำหรับวันนี้..... สวัสดีค่ะ..........................
