สวัสดีเพื่อนๆ พี่ชาวสตีมอิททุกท่านค่ะ ก่อนอื่นต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูง หายหน้า หายตา ห่างหายจากการเขียน blog ไป 2 เดือนกว่า เนื่องด้วยอะไร หลายๆ อย่าง จะพยายามเข้ามาให้บ่อยๆ อาจจะไม่ได้เขียน blog บ่อย แต่จะไม่หายจากการกดโหวตให้ทุกๆท่านแน่นอนค่ะ ^^
ว่าด้วยเรื่องของทุเรียน
เรื่องมันมาจาก มีเพื่อนที่ทำงานคนนึง เดินทางกลับบ้านไปยังจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เราก็บ่นๆ อยากกินทุเรียนๆ
เพื่อนใจดี ให้ที่บ้านตัดทุเรียนมาให้ 2 ลูก

เพราะความที่เป็นทุเรียนตัด มันยังไม่สุกจ้าา เพื่อนต้องนั่งรถตู้กลับมาทำงานที่สงขลา
นางหวังดี เลยแกะทุเรียนใส่กระปุกมาให้ (แบบดิบๆ ยังไม่สุก) 5555 เราก็เพิ่งจะทราบมาว่า ทุเรียนไม่สุก หากแกะออกมาจากเปือกแล้ว มันก็จะไม่สุกอีกเลย 5555
เราได้แต่เอาทุเรียนไปบ่ม ไว้ในกล่องบ้าง ในลังบ้าง 3 วันผ่านไปก็ยังกินไม่ได้เลยย
มีพี่ที่ทำงานอีกคน บอกมาว่า ไม่สุกแล้วแร่ะแก เอาไปทำอย่างอื่นเหอะ
พี่แกหัวใสมาก ทำทุเรียนบวช ให้เราได้กินกันน ทุเรียนบวช กับ กล้วยบวช ใช้วิธีทำเหมือนกัน
แต่เราก็ทำไม่เปนหรอก คอยกินอย่างเดียวว
วิธีทำพี่เค้าบอกง่ายมากกกก
ใช้กะทิกล่อง บวกกับน้ำตาล เคี่ยวให้เข้ากัน พอให้กะทิกับทุเรียนน้ำตาลเข้าที่ แล้วใส่ทุเรียนดิบลงไป
ทิ้งให้มันเดือดในกระทะ แต่อย่าให้กะทิแตกมันน่ะ มันจะไม่อร่อย (พี่เค้าบอกมาแบบนี้)
หลังจากที่มันเดือดแล้ว เราก็คิดว่าคงกินได้แล้ว 5555 ตักใส่ถวยพร้อมเสริฟ์เลยจ้า
หลังจากที่ได้ลองชิมทุเรียนบวช ที่ไม่เคยกินที่ไหนมาก่อน รสชาติแปลกๆ ดี 555 ไม่ท้องเสียแน่นอนจ้าา ^^
แล้วกลับมาพบกันใหม่โพสหน้านะคะ ขอขอบคุณทุกการติดตาม ทุกคะแนนโหวต
