Not easy to register them in EU because of lack of homologation so it usually have to be a lot effort. Although there are Cybertrucks registered in Poland already.

Yes, just looked it up.
Not allowed in the Netherlands because of sharp edges.
And you need a Truck drivers licence.
In Poland regular driving license (category B) is enough, but we had that extended allowance (EU has made it optional for member states to allow EVs up to 4250kg on a cat B license). But to me it's just a curiosity, I don't have use cases for such a car. TM3 is a little too big to me, and X barely fit my garage. :-)
Yes, I like to see for myself how huge it is.
But I have to wait to spot one in Europe.
