Firstly thank you for this opportunity, it was fun creating the emoji.
If I were to win this contest and be delegated 50,000 SP, I would do the following:

1)

I see a lot of good content floating around, yet they don't seem to be getting the payouts they deserve, I'd help them with an incentive to keep them motivated. Curie/Steemvoter nominated authors are good way to find authors posting good content consistently.

2)

I would check out the introduceyourself tag to welcome steemians who have put in a lot of effort into their introduceyourself posts, yet are going unnoticed.

3)

I would go into niche tags, and help the authors posting quality content.

4)

I would also reward steemains putting a lot of heart into their comments.

5)

There are a lot of authors doing giveways/good for the community but going unnoticed. I'd help the ones selflessly helping the minnows.

And I'd like to do much more to spread the goodwill, and would definitely strive to honor the power bestowed upon me. Thanks again, and cheers!
