For people who like catchy phrases and words out of context, there are so many statements that would have buried your destiny.LOL. I mean it.
When you hear words like "you do not need people to succeed" and you do not listen to understand where the person is coming from or listen deeply to understand the context the person is talking from, you will act on a statement that is untrue on its own.
Success is not a loner. You cannot achieve success alone/on your own.You need people at various points in your life to become who you want to be.
If you believe you can be successful alone, then why do you read books written by people? Or even attend trainings?
I cannot recall how many times mere conversations with friends have birthed great ideas I run with. Azikiwe Ifeoma Jane(Janywealth) you can relate.
Success thrives with the right association too.Who are the people around you?
Whose words do you hear/listen to daily? They unconsciously affect the way you think and consequently the outcome of your life.
When you get to a crossroad,do you have right thinking friends/mentors you can talk to? If not, that is something to really look into.
Success has never been a loner.
A successful man is one who has been helped by people directly or indirectly.
So,my charge for you today is simple "Check the people around you.How well will/ can they help you get to your destination. Are they catalysts to your growth or inhibitors? "
I can relate.....
