About my job.

I know. My job looks awesome. But is it though?

I am working as a Security Guard on a closed hotel.
Closed by the banks due to bankrupcy. Now if you ask me, is it safe to be here? Yes and no. Depends on wich season we are. We've been going through difficult times now during winter, covid is spreading again and we are being controled again. Its a shitshow.
My job is to do surveillance and make sure no one gets inside and if they do, call the cops.
My shifts are 12 hour shifts, them being divided in 4 days of work, 2 days off and then repeat. The 4 days of work are splitted between 2 day shifts from 8 a.m till 8 p.m and 2 night shifts from 8 p.m till 8 a.m. Then I get 2 days off, the thing is, on my first day off I already got off at 8 a.m in the morning so if I sleep that day, I miss 1 day off resting.
I always have to prepare my food every single night/day for the day after.

What is my point may you ask... My point is to share with you guys what kind of job do I have that is taken 20% from it every god damn month.
I got into crypto with the purpose of improving my lifestyle. I want to be able to give the best college and education to my daughter. I want to be able to pick her up on my fancy beautiful car just because I have time to do it so. You guys know, dedicating time to your family and taking good care of them is the most gracious thing you can ever do while you are alive.

I love my wife. I love my daughter. That is what I want to focus on, our life, happiness, health and wealth.
I am 28 years old and I am tired, I look like 40. All of it because I am constantly switching my sleeping schedules. I also lost count on the ammount of people I have hurt just because it is my "duty". The same assholes that dictate my rules, are the same assholes that take 20% of my monthly wage for taxes.
So I can give you guys an example... I have a total of 66 extra hours done from November... We are in January and I still havent been payed for those extra hours I did.

Now here's the real question... Am I happy? Yes, I am. But I know I could be so much more.
So that's why I jumped into crypto 1 year ago and everytime I can, I buy a lil extra of btc, cro, bnb and eth so I can hodl and wait for 10 years. I mostly apply all my coins into staking systems so I can keep that annual income. Its small but its something that can become huge in 10 years.

When Im home, I always make sure I dont dedicate time to gaming first. I have all my priorities set. I was also thinking about to start grinding Gods Unchained with @feanorgu but the thing is, I can not afford a laptop so I could be grinding on my job you know, making that 2nd paycheck that will help a LOT. But for now I will have to stick with what I have, be consistent and never give up. I can only play Gods when Im home cuz its where my desktop is at (my desktop took me 1 year to build due to limited budget and time so I had to buy 1 to 2 components each month)..but then again, I have to dedicate time to my family so I can balance everything up.

I have been patient all my life, and I will keep being patient until all my dreams come true. And believe me, I have many. I am very ambitious and I have lots of will to make it happen. I just need the time.

A message for all of you around fighting for your dreams and goals. I know that life can be a bitch sometimes and if you're like me, you must be feeling very angry and tired, because I know and I understand how difficult our paths can be and how bad luck plays on us every single day. But hey... You know what? Its not my luck that will determine what I want. If I want it, I will get it, I will stand up my ass and do something about it because in this life, we can not take anything for granted. Always fight for what you believe and love, keep truthful to your principles and always respect and look out for your family. You're strong and you can do it! Trust me on this!!!
