It was more like two separate thoughts but yea it worked out lol. I've noticed on days I don't mediate the force gets bottled up and turns to anger.

I think thats a great reason to go to meditation! Peace is waiting for you there. If the force that you speak of was focused in some way maybe it would not turn to anger but blessing

besides going on a walk what other types or methods of meditation work for you?

reflecting on my thoughts, exercise, breathing technique

Often I find myself breaking things as a great meditation, it normally means something is going to hurt later, especially when you use your fist.
