Canada has strict rules too.....very strict in fact.
If your visa run is to Singapore make sure to spend at least a night in town. Border authorities at Changi don't approve of people flying in and out of Bali for obvious reasons on the same day. Some get turned away and denied entry.

Yes, I am familiar but very much appreciate your heads up! I have heard many a horror stories about just that so I am avoiding any troubles!
