RAGE

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder is an excuse given by men who could not marry a pretty woman, an old wise man once told me.
I didn't believe him until my eyes beheld a paragon of beauty - Emily.

Emily was the admiration of every young man in Uzaz Island. As fair as the European snow, her nose like the tower of Lebanon, pointing towards the promised land. Her tall blonde hair was a crown on her head.

Emily grew up a happy girl and fell in love with a young man her heart desired greatly. They were both into each other. Like salt and pepper, they were inseparable. Their love past through many difficult times but was not broken.

It was time for marriage and Henry suddenly remembered that Emily can't mother a child. She had gone through several abortions that she has lost count of how many. The only thing she remembers is that the last one took her womb.
Henry and Emily had agreed to marry against all odds. But what she saw later was nothing like against all odds.
Henry had left her and got married to another girl he met in the high school - he is the only son of a wealthy business man.
Emily was left devastated, heart broken and in pains.

Emily became a drunk. When life became too tough, she joined prostitution to make ends meet.

One fateful day she got a gun from one gangster she slept with and made her way to the street next to the street of the hotel they checked in.
In the flat in the second floor is Henry and his new wife.

Emily in her misery gave him two shots on the chest and gave herself one on her forehead.

This is the end.
