Pro stuff! I'm sure it took a lot of time to make this. Very good job. Looking forward to more!

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, the process is long! Fortunately my girlfriend is working with me on the video creation. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be uploading videos.

Damn, somehow I missed this. Will watch once I return from work ^_^ :D

No worries my brother, I know how busy life gets :) Let me know what you think though... Your critique is always valuable...

well there isn't much to say. Your voice is great, the script is great, the clip is great and so is the editing :P True there is always room for improvement but I can't come up with something specific to recommend :D

Okay, glad to hear that... Thanks for taking the time to check it out!

So, I'm not the guy that "eats a lot but never gains weight" but a guy who was born in the wrong era. :)
About Jon snow, If I was the series producer, would've got rid of him a long time ago. Haha.Great Stuff @exercisinghealth.

Thank you!

Haha, definitely the wrong time :) Our ancestors didn't have to say no to burgers and coke. Nor did they have 4G connectivity. We suffer from more temptations than they did, with regards to health choices.

My great-grandmother, for example, lived until 104 and lived most of her life in a village. She had her first soda in her 90's because she wasn't aware of their existence before then. It's crazy to think of how simple life was back then.

P.S. To be honest, I have never watched Game of Thrones, I just knew that most people could relate to the series, as its the most popular... lol. I will take your word for it though, :)

Haha yeah.
Setbacks of the advancement, i guess.
Haha. It's not a very popular opinion though, people are heads over heels for Jon snow. So, do not take my word for it. Recommend you to watch the show.

I love that video! Kee up the great work! Are you doing Youtube for a long time?

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I did for a short while, but, I’m focused on steemit and D-tube now. The community here, especially over @steemstem, have supported me so well.

Less fast food options and overall chemicals in our food 40 years ago also?

I’m pretty sure you are right! Things are becoming more processed as time goes on. Check out Part 1 where I focused on our changes in nutrition over the years.
