Yeah we really need a hand since you have an understanding of everything going on here I like what you said about "talking to people to do the right thing" but it's quite obvious that most people will never LISTEN, before we downvote any comment we must have posted tons of warnings. If you want to join the team then you MUST be ready to downvote whoever refuses to stop spamming.
