Virgo North Node

So it seems I've been here before
Many times? Well, at least enough times that I've accrued quite a Piscean deb(p)t(h)
It's not really the quantity that matters anyway
Aeons living the fish energy in the Universe
That would do the trick
I could have been floating around in Dreams
I could have been a Witness
Or maybe I was a Redwood Tree
So much Time standing still
So many Todays turned into tomorrows
Without the Balance of (wo)M(b)anifestation
Regardless, it's time to pay the Piper
To the tune of Virgo.

What's the significance of tuning to Virgo now? I'm interested by astrology but don't know much, and wondered what was meant by this.
I love the word play with the bracketed letters to create more words and meaning... very clever! It worked very effectively for the piece I feel.

Thank you so much for your comment. I also stopped by your poem and read it. I will be returning to it a little later this evening to write a comment. I liked it a lot and actually found some similarities in the theme between yours and mine. As for why I am turning toward the path of a Virgo, it is because my North Node is in Virgo. The North Node is supposed to signify the souls accrued karma from the past and to where their true life path should go in this current lifetime. It's opposite point called the South Node is where the individual has spent so many lifetimes in strengthening or living the existence of the sign opposite to the one that is in the North Node. Therefore, I have become way too Piscean, and in this life I have to learn to become more like a Virgo.

I see a lot of balance in this piece, @acousticsteveo, maybe a centering of the narrator's universe and perspective?
time passes even as we stop to wonder about what could have been in the passage of time,
yes, maybe in today walks yourself taking steps from the depths and righting feet on the paths that will lead you forward.
I know little about astrology, but can see enough in your words to wish you luck in your search for balance, my friend.

Sure. In astrology the North Node placement signifies where you're supposed to be expressing your life's mission in this life. Mine is Virgo, so that means I'm supposed to be trying to be more like a Virgo, because in the past the opposite sign which is Pisces has been expressed to an unbalanced degree, so all the Pisces energy needs to be given up as a way of life and balanced out with a pursuit of a more Virgo type way of life.
