LOL, I my post I mentioned the introduceyourself section as #introduceyourself. For some reason this is automatically added to you tags. So when I tried to post I got the message that I had added more than 5 tags. I thought that it was just a hickup and removed some tags with the intent to add them after I posted. So I accidentally posted in the introduceyourself section. Kinda embarrassing.....

Hopefully some noobs caught the message and not just the hypocrisy 😂 If you check this guys posts, he's a noob fisherman, never having posted just sits at the gate, waiting for that little minnow follow. Same comments recycled.in this case I assume it is a lack of English skills more then anything. Will be interesting as more countries and languages come aboard.
I hope so, I think Steemit will benefit if more people start posting in their native language. I am working on a Dutch post, for some reason it seems harder to write something in Dutch, my native tongue than English.
There are many Dutch people here, my Oma and Opa left in the early 50's and I got back early this year to visit a ton of my family up in Den Helder. I learned German on my travels when I was younger, so am able to loosely read Dutch, but I find that due to media and culture, Other languages have a leg up on learning English, that, and with only 1000 words you can just about explain anything in English
I live In Den Helder right now
You have a beautiful brewery/burger joint built into one of the old forts. If you have not, I sincerely suggest checking it out. Their burgers are the best in the world, and I have eaten many😄 Roosloot is my Oma's maiden name, it's a small world if you know one 😊
Helderse jongens , I have been there for a birthday party.
I don't think I know your Oma, The name doesn't ring a bell but it's a small world indeed 😊
My Oma has lived here since the fifties, many of her sisters married and so have their daughters, so though no longer Roosloot by name they sprinkle Den Helder and region. I met my Oma's identical twin sister who is 91 for the first time this spring there as well. Here's a picture
