The 2 simplest ways that I know of are as follows:

Delegator ID: Your username
Delegatee ID: upvotewhale
amount: 500 SP
Click "Delegate via steemconnect" and confirm your delegation on steemconnect. To undelegate, repeat the process but select amount "0"1: https://steemyy.com/sp-delegate-form/

Type in your username in "delegator"
Add delegator: upvotewhale
amount: 500 SP
Click Delegate
Confirm delegation on steemconnect.2: https://steembottracker.com/delegation.html
