What is the purpose
What is the purpose of creating such an amazing platform if the users/people using the platform don't appreciate it's creators.
I just joined this platform in May, that's about 3 months ago(though I knew about it since 2016). And I've seen a lots of great contents posted by people with great mindsets.
I've seen amazing initiatives, fabulous contests and inspiring blog posts, written by both newbies and old-timers
The platform is full with people from all works of life, from different countries. And these I consider to be a sign of success.
Of course I know you agree with me that steemit is a great platform.
Who doesn't like to socialise, make new friends or even earn some money 💰. Of course no one.
Over the past few months, I've noticed a very bad attitude of Steemians, or should I say the steemit community, And that is the purpose of writing this post.
I know steemit is created based on decentralised cryptography, and it has many developers making sure we enjoy the platform to the fullest. But these two men @ned and @dan behind the creation of this platform are immensely unappreciated, and here's my reason.
Within this short period of time I've been on steemit, I've noticed that every single post by these two guys are always flagged.
Who's causing it?
So who is doing this? Or are both of them flagging their posts by themselves?
They post great contents
This guys are posting amazing contents so why are their post always flagged? Is that how the platform was designed or is someone behind it. I've seen lots of awful contents doing great so why shouldn't theirs.
We want to know what's happening
If the platform was built that way, can we know the reason why? And if someone is doing it, then how can we solve the issue.
1st type of its kind.
Facebook, snapchat, twitter, Pinterest, reddit, LinkedIn, Skype etc all enrich their creators, they think only about themselves. This is the first time someone has me and you in mind.
I have a question
Is there any good for good rather than good?
What I mean is, Is Good deeds and kindness repaid with eveil 😈 ?
Here are some of their post.
Here are some of their post, please do check them out, do they deserve to be flagged.

Reach the walls
Resteem (retweet) (repost) (share) (resend) redistribute) (repin). Since people like me can contribute little on the development aspect of steemit, I think the best thing to do is to create such kind of post. Resteem this post if you are on the same page with me. Resteem this post so that it reaches the whole walls of this platform.
Yep, @ned and @dan decline payments (Rewards) unfortunately there has been a few rumours that certain individuals including Dan and Ned only vote for each other. I suspect They decline payments to combat those accusations.
The concept of Steemit is a fantastic idea and finally, there is a platform that actually rewards its users for the content they produce rather than the providers taking the data for their own enrichment like Facebook or Twitter.
Sadly, as in life, when there's money involved the scum starts to rise to the surface. I'm more concerned with the 1700 dubious accounts that are currently bleeding the reward pool https://steemit.com/steemit-police/@sherlockholmes/case-7-raping-the-reward-pool-with-1700-accounts-things-are-getting-serious because of these activities your rewards are diminishing.
That's not a solid reason for them to to decline payment. In fact declaring payment will lead to even greater accusations.
People will think they've kept a huge sum for themselves in a Vault, and that's why probably don't accept people's vote.
I agree with you. Steemit is a ridiculously amazing platform. Thanks to Ned and Dan a few people have created something similar. So we will forever be grateful to them
It's awful to see lot of people creating fake. And that's another great reason for these two guys to start honouring our votes. Otherwise people will think they also have multiple accounts, and are making something through it.
when you see a line through the payout that means the payout was declined not that it was flagged.
I could have misunderstood you and that's not what you meant though! :)
when a post is flagged it also shows that line
okay! Thanks for sharing that with me!
nice post buddy..
Glad you like it.Thanks
Strike line on number means the author declines the payment.
No one dare to play flag game with these two guys because they have over 1 million steam power that when they flag you back with their full power, your reputation will go to 0... haha ..:D
But am pretty sure if someone flag them, they wont retaliate.
@rexusmo nice try,but who will dare flag the brains behind steemit, you will definitely be shooting your legs, the payout decline is to maintain fairness within the community, its even peanut to them, followed upvoted resteem...check out my post @detycoon cheers
But they won't retaliate. I don't see any reason for them to decline their post.
