Well what can I say, today was rough. After a week of severely lowering my carb intake, it hit me like a brick wall. Saying that, i fell off the wagon. I think I lowered them to low and was a level that was unsustainable. Still down 8lbs though so that is something. I just need to take a closer look at my diet and add a few more carbs to help keep my endurance up during workouts. I’ll post pics and such of my updated diet. Probably just add a bowl of oatmeat here and there to see what happens.
