Follow what I did exactly it's really weird. You just write "re" infront of your article in the URL and hit enter and Resteemable receives it and then asks if you'd like to donate afterwards.
So this article is
"https://steemit.com/steemit/@scottcbusiness/list-of-free-ways-to-boost-your-posts-and-get-noticed"
To get it resteem by @resteemable I'd have to just type in my URL
"resteemit.com/steemit/@scottcbusiness/list-of-free-ways-to-boost-your-posts-and-get-noticed"
Yeah, it is weird. I've just done it. Is the donation required for it to work?
No, it takes a little bit, I think they do that to confuse you into potentially donating a bit haha though you do not have to
