Has the sun begun to set on unregulated ICOs and Crypto Exchanges in the US? Who knows right?!

This morning I was tuning into the news of how the Security and Exchange Commission came through and warned the financial world of their muscle. They have in fact had a probe running for months and it is about to heat up! This report adds to the pressures being to the Crypto world now added by the Chinese Government regarding the cryptocurrency and its operations. Does this have to do with how to bridge the regulation with the exchanges?

Recently we saw that Poloniex was outright bought for $400 mil by the Goldman Sachs backed Circle. Turns out that the way to avoid this SEC regulation is now a model seen as we watch the birth of Circle X, the first SEC regulated Crypto Exchange. Could the whole SEC crackdown meme simply be how to herd the exchanges into their pens of regulation?

Seems like Japan is working on the same thing! Their SBI bank has recently had delays to their plans to have its own fully regulated Crypto Exchange in Japan. It is rather odd how this same bank, SBI Bank, first led the charge in blocking Crypto purchases from being made on their banks' cards prior to unveiling their actual exchange plans. At the moment the SBI Crypto exchange in Japan has been delayed.

I'm seeing the writing on the wall, but just to add more wood to the fire I also want to include how big bankster gangster JP Morgan chimed in on their need to adapt to the Crypto world regardless of its threat to their business model.

Their 10k statement stated,

Modify and adapt?!?! Welp, I'll stick to my guns and just watch the wholesale of all the top Crypto exchanges as they are sucked into the SEC whirlpool of crypto firm regulation.

The better structured and funded banks will probably fund or even act as the exchanges as they do with forex and equities now. We shall as always watch the way things work out, just stirring the pot. I hope to hear your comments on the subject.

Please take a look at my past posts and let's keep the dialogue going!
