It's not dumping if selling now to buy cheaper later. Steem will follow Bitcoin until the 1st of august, that's when we will see what will happen. Nevertheless I still expect Steem price to triple before autumn. And hit the magical 4$ by the end of this year. This all depends on the market decisions of big players, of course.

I agree, there are still two weeks to till Segwit. The price can drop much lower than it has already.
