As we celebrate women today, let's do a little recap of some women who have made history in their various fields. Some of these women took bold steps that could have cost them their lives (It did happen to some though) but they still went ahead with these decisions. Their achievements bring a sense of hope to today's woman. They're inspiring enough for us all to walk those same paths with a sense of courage and confidence to climb all the way to the zenith. Though there are innumerable of them; however, this is just a select handful.

I. Marie Curie
