Stress is not only experienced by adults only, but also children. Helping them to have sufficient learners is the first step in reducing their anxiety.

Stress in children is often not realized by parents because the child can not explain his condition. In fact, these conditions affect their activities, both psychological and physical. The most frequent side effect of stress is the child becomes insomnia. Children also have trouble sleeping soundly, complaining of nightmares, asking for sleep by parents, or even refusing to sleep with their parents.

Indeed, not all anxiety disorders cause insomnia, but certainly children and adolescents who have trouble sleeping have a higher stress hormone (corsitol).

The good news, anxiety and insomnia can be overcome and prevented. The role of parents is very important to help children get out of the condition. Tell the child that you, her parents, will always be there when they need help or feel anxious.
