Need help. I have configured the config file with my user name and privet key and save it. But steemed.exe terminal disappears after run.
What can be the problem?

    You can try to update nodes, it works for me.

    Can I mine STEEM?
    No. Proof of work mining has been removed from Steem.https://steemit.com/faq.html#Can_I_mine_STEEM

        start it from within the cmd console:
