Pros:

Great to know these balloons can be recycled. These seem very easy to ready for use without the usual mishaps. They are inexpensive and can provide a lot of fun and entertainment for a group of kids and outside to boot.

Cons:

They seem so easy to use that the kids may be a little too helpful in readying them for use.
