It is a transport app where you can book your ride and roam anywhere in the city. They will pick you up from your place and drop you wherever you want. It is giving its services over 40 cities. Check the link for city details.

I see they are accepting PayPal, which is great as PayPal is widely used. The 40 cities sounds good but the problem is, 38 are in South America and only two in Europe, not to mention the rest of the world.
The other disadvantage is that it's only for iOS, no Android version yet.
