Pros:

• Good looking.
• Active noise cancellation, which is amazing..and sometimes scary when you're alone.
• Wireless, you can stand up, walk around without the fear to break the connection..or the headphones itself.

Cons:

• Price, for a day to day usage 250$ is to much.
