Building good habits is must be beneficial in a healthy lifestyle. This app is enough good to maintain our healthy routine life with good habits.
Great little app. Would be good to add a function for goals that are more frequent than daily. Also a way to set prompts that don't necessarily need to lead to a snooze or complete.
Best habit tracking app out there. The pro (plus) version is WELL worth it. UI is just generally better all round and the amount of added functionality is incredible. I use this app to keep track of my good and bad habits rather than trying to make a habit in 7 weeks. It's so helpful to easily see how often I'm drinking or meditating
Cool! I'm one of those people who really need to have a habit tracker (digital or on paper) to be successful with making or breaking habits. But when it comes to digital habit trackers, simplicity is always key for me and this one looks simple enough to use.
Let's just hope it doesn't end up as another one of those apps people download only to gather dust in their phones.

I wonder if 7 weeks is enough to change a bad habit? I find some habits I have are so ingrained in me that it will take much longer than 7 weeks to break the habit.

Awesome tool to built your habits in right way. The bad habits are curse which anyone did not get rid off easily. So I think this application is very useful to track your behaviour daily and adobt good habits instead of bad. Very useful hunt.
braking or leaving a bad habit is a very difficult task to perform because you have to manage your own activity to reduce and finally leave it behind. so i think its a very useful app to control your habits.
Having a goal and dream on mind is not enough, writing them down will give them 60% chance of actually fulfilling them. But with this fascinating app, chances of accomplishing your goals or dreams is like around 99% with constant reminder especially if there is a habit you want change quick. Nice hunt @elihs
Sometimes, without realizing it, we do things that can deteriorate our physical and spiritual health. The type of food and some routines can be silent friends. The 7 Weeks will not only tell you what you are doing, but will also be able to point out what you can do to change those bad habits. An excellent idea, to live a better life. I like this application!
