I believe him, it has happened to me plenty, any centralized website can block anyone for anything, not sure why you would find this so hard to believe. This is exactly why everyone says to never leave large amounts on exchanges. Exchange can block anyone just like how I'm blocked here on steemit.com. I've had so many exchanges shutter down on me I can't even count! lol Careful it is the wild west out there!
