RE: STEEM POWER Vs. STEAM POWER -What's The Big Difference?!?!?!? One Is Robbing You Of The Other!!! [Huge Rant]

There is a bit of work involved in commenting enough to get on a curation trail or two. Once you achieve that, posts average around $5 and growing.

It takes pretty consistent involvement to grow a solid following on steemit.

Yeah i feel like knowing a whale or two helps a lot too! One of my posts was at 9 dollar a whale came in (whale dolphin or minnow idk) and upvoted, went up to 37 with just one vote.

Also i get what youre saying. Commenting and being involved is of utmost importance. You have to make friends here to get upvotes. At least in the beginning. I guess after things take over themselves.

I also heard that people shouldnt spend too much time on their posts. That article said it might be better to go around leaving valuable comments and have them get upvoted than making lengthy posts. As Steemit is almost like the lottery at the start. What do you think?

I find that people have short attention spans. If you have a lot to say, make a video. Otherwise a few paragraphs and lots of photos tends to get the most attention (from my perspective)

Will keep that in mind. Thanks a tonne. Trying my hand at curation as well. Let's see how that goes.
