here's one of the article that stuck me,
"Here's the deal - I'm BRAND NEW to cryptocurrency - I just bought some DOGE coin for the hell of it last night. I read a bunch of stuff about STEEM and went to sign up on their website thinking - the idea makes rationale sense.
Here's 2 problems that immediately struck me:
1 - Timeliness - consumers want fast feedback, fast results. There's a reason AMAZON is so focused on fast shipping times. After registering for STEEM, I found out it might be a week or so before being on the platform? That's insanity - people aren't that patient.
2 - Use telephone #'s and send text messages.
You have to sign up with steem using phone numbers - why not send the potential customer a text that says, "Hey, you can expedite your account by doing A,B,C and/or here's a number you can call and talk to a live person...."
People.... PEOPLE.... are the key to cryptocurrency success. Ideas are strong. If people hold on to ideas and abide by them, they become valuable.
STEEM has a fantastic baseline. It needs to do 2 things to take off:
Fix timeliness issue. Communicate specific details faster.
After that, the sky is the limit!"
