A few days ago we got a surprise delegation from @bleepcoin via https://solicitingpower.com/ managed by @roelandp. @bleepcoin 's delegation plus our existing steem power gave us $0.05 upvoting power, which is good enough for us to use it to promote #teamAccra and #teamGhana members to encourage hard work, steem promotion and financial independence.
This idea is an inspiration from great people (@ackza @Surfyogi @cryptocurator @roelandp @Anarchotech @dannyshine) I have met since I joined steem and also at the London conference. These individuals and many more others are in their own ways working hard for the steem community.
In deciding on the how we were going to do this, we decide not to go with the tradition community upvoting style, where a user gets an upvote when their post is made into a particular tag. The reason being that we have seen cases where others just abuse this. The way our service goes about upvoting is whitelisting active community members and only upvote their post. If you are in Ghana, you will automatically be added to the list once you become active and contribute to the growth of steem.
Our upvote service went live on Apr 20th 2018 and below is our first report after running it for 4 days (Apr 24th 2018, 3:58:23 am) with 35 whitelisted accounts. On average an upvote gives someone anywhere between $0.01 - $0.03. As we get more delegations this will surely improve.

On average we are seeing 2 post per person per day28 post in 4 days. The most active blogger was @kofpato with , that is a lot of hardwork and some kudos are in order. Good job @kofpato. This was followed by the great @steemgh who is also doing some amazing work out there.
