I was reading through a poetry website last night when I saw a number of quotes by American poet, singer, memoirist, and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou(April 4, 1928 – May 28, 2014). I decided to do more of an in-depth study and i am going to share with you in pictures, some of her quotes that really got to me.
