Rent to Own contract between @royaleagle and @giemo

This is a purchasing contract between
@royaleagle as the seller and @giemo as the buyer.

Agreement

1 bcx reward Zalran Efreet with the serial C3-222-H9M8O0MHNK
1 bcx reward Ruler of The Seas with the serial C3-98-30KMMYP0GG
12 bcx beta Flesh Golem with the serial C1-23-8Z7YKXNELC@royaleagle owns the following cards in the account @oac

Using current market prices the seller and buyer have agreed upon a price of $34.65 for the sale price.
The parties further agreed upon a price of 0.0009494 for DEC.
34.65/0.0009494= 36,496 DEC total

Terms

36,496-496=36000 DEC
36,000/750= 48 weeks@giemo does not have all of the funds to buy the cards at the present time therefore will be borrowing the sale price from @royaleagle as a 0% interest loan. @giemo will give a down payment of 496 and further agrees to pay a rate of 750 DEC per week until end of loan maturity. Payment will be made by 3:30PM EST in game to the @oac account.

This contract has a maximum expiration Date of March 20, 2022.

The parties have further agreed to the transfer of the cards at certain benchmarks.@royaleagle will delegate the cards from @oac to @giemo until the end of the contract, or fulfillment of the conditions along the way.

After 18,000 is collected Zalran will be transferred.
After the last payment has been made the Ruler of the Seas will be transferred.After 11,000 of 36,000 is collected the Beta Flesh golem will be transferred to @giemo.

@giemo may pay the balance off early at no penalty, any payment in excess of the weekly amount due will be applied to the back end of the loan shortening the maturity date. The first accumulation of an extra 750 DEC would shorten contract expiration date to March 13, 2022.

@giemo will pay the 750 DEC per week to @oac, in game, so there is a record of the DEC being moved.

If @giemo missed a weekly payment they may catch up the following week by paying 1500 (750 for missed week plus 750 for current week) If @giemo misses 2 weeks worth of payments in a row; @royaleagle may cancel the contract and keep any rental fees paid and all cards.

Any and all changes to this contract will be made below in a comment and signed by parties.
