When I was a student, I used to be a long-distance runner. Because I was not very tall, I could always run fast because I weighed only 55 kilograms.
In the school days, 1000 meters belonged to the standard length of long distance race. The distance of 1000 meters is not very long, because it's a race, you need to run very fast, and run in front of others. With my fast running, I won the
first place again, but it also brought pain to my body.
In long-distance running, in order to run faster, a lot of physical exercise is needed. Of course, some running skills are also needed to help individuals run.
There are several important points in running.
- Don't drink water before running [this can cause stomach problems during exercise due to bumps].
- Before running, you must do warm-up exercises [to help you activate your bones and muscles, more conducive to muscle stretching]
- When running, it must be the forefoot landing first. [After the foot landing first, it is easy to cause brain ischemia, leading to dizziness]
- When running, both hands must be relaxed to reduce the body's stress and concentrate the strength on the legs and feet.
- Use your nose to breathe while running.
- Please wear sneakers to protect your feet and increase your starting strength.

My own running is no problem. As the saying goes, "Everything goes against the grain." Whatever you do, just do it properly, but don't go too far...
Because I want to run faster, I hate the feeling of being overtaken. Usually I practice 10 times faster than others. Don't be surprised, because my legs, lungs and heart were seriously affected by overloaded physical training.

我自身的跑步是没什么问题,俗话说得好“物极必反”。无论干什么,适当就好,可别过头了... ...
因为想让自己跑的更快,我讨厌那种被超越的感觉,平时我的练习是别人的10倍。可别觉得这很惊讶,因为超负荷地体能训练,导致我的双腿,肺部,心脏出现了严重的问题。
还记得刚出问题的时候,我直接蹲了下去,无法站起,并且持续了很长时间。后来每次运动,肺部和心脏都会疼痛,这是常人无法体会的。
学生时代结束后,我结束了我快速长跑的生涯,我的奔跑速度开始减慢了。因为这样对我的心脏会比较好,我不希望因为剧烈运动,我的心脏跳动的过分剧烈,这样只会让我离死亡更进一步。
慢跑成为了我喜爱的运动。
慢跑好处其实挺多的,可以帮组我们锻炼身体,还可以减肥。更重要的是还可以让心脏更健康,可以让我们自身的耐力变得更加强大。
