Alabama stacking the cupboard even more - Moore is a very solid, top-100 corner that the Tide never let get out of Alabama. Not a surprise that they were able to lock up the local talent. Moore has great cover skills and should be able to make a difference when he arrives in Tuscaloosa in 2020. The Tide have been a bit susceptible to the pass more so the past few years, so nabbing a corner of his caliber and skill-set should help Bama stay in the front of the always treacherous SEC.
Malachi Moore, a four-star cornerback in the class of 2020 from Hewitt-Trussville in Alabama, announced Monday he would stay home and play for the Crimson Tide. Moore becomes the fourth Hewitt-Trussville player to commit to Alabama, joining OL Pierce Quick, QB Paul Tyson, and 2020 WR Dazalin Worsham.
