I've been a little absent from Hive, due to electrical problems in my country. Anyway, here I bring you part of what I promised and which I will dedicate myself to teach you.

As I mentioned in my previous post, my training is based on CrossFit along with combat techniques, which will allow us to feel good, have more energy, learn to know about combat as defense, attacks, positions, among others, and of course to look good, which is the reward in any physical exercise.
Today, I bring you a pre-training or theory, let's put it this way... since I need you to learn the basics and eventually avoid long term lessons, which can cost us dearly.
We will start with the basic form of hitting in any martial art, but for a more general idea, hitting in the best style of boxing.
I took the liberty of creating my Gifs so I will try to show you an example of what I will explain next.
Numero 0: La guardia

The guard is elemental at all times, allows us to protect the soft organs such as the liver, which is important to defend because a blow in this, would unleash great pain and lose the fight if you are not very resistant.
The guard has to cover the sides of the body where the ribs and the mentioned soft organs are located, also, it must get to protect the lower maxillary bone or also called the jaw, this way it is protected from fulminating blow.
Remember to always keep your arms close to your body, do not leave openings on the sides, and protect your jaw and soft organs.

A basic blow, usually direct to the opponent's face, this blow is necessarily surprising so the speed with which it is executed has to be ideal, one of its objectives is to confuse or deceive the opposite, so your guard will be exposed.
This blow should not exceed the limits of the arm's reach, since you would be in a very bad position and possibly knocked out, the blow should be executed quickly and return to your guard. If you are straight, you throw the jab with your left and if not, it is the other way around.
Your legs remain almost motionless when you perform the blow.
Numero 2: El Cross

A blow with greater intensity, this blow must be executed with the dominant arm of preference, this blow must be with great power to do as much damage as possible to the opponent to the point of being able to knock him out. Its speed varies, although it is important to execute it with the same or higher speed than the Jab, its range is greater due to the position adopted.

You need the posture of the Cross if you wish to perform it properly; you should turn your torso so that your organs are not entirely uncovered, and you can protect them with the other arm, if possible.
So, the leg has to turn to achieve this desired range, and also to grant a higher power of the blow.
There are other types of Cross with small variations, which I will bring you in other post

Number 3: The Hook
A hook whose objective is to hit the sides of the body and face to evade the opponent's guard, thus seeking to knock him down.
This blow must be executed by turning the torso with the arm. In this case the same as being the arm where the jab is executed.
Little by little we are advancing to more elaborate punches, which have different ways of being executed, the Hook is special because it can be performed with both arms with different functions, so you have an idea, there is one where it is direct to the liver, taking a step forward and lowering the body.
Continuing with the example, this blow should not go beyond the shoulder level and the reach of the face.

Number 4: The Uppercut
This is a powerful hit, don't be fooled. It has a slight disadvantage which is the range, practically duty is very close to the opponent to perform, you could say that sacrifices distance for power.
As the example dictates, you have to turn your torso, and your legs as if you were a Cross, but this blow is direct to the jaw.
It is important to keep in mind that one runs the risk of receiving a counter-attack, when being dodged or blocked, which we must return quickly to our defensive position.
