I don't think it's that optimistic. Imp and Hobgoblin are going to hit 96% today, they're probably going to run out sometime toward the end of season reward claiming, depending on how long people choose to wait in hopes of getting the new cards. Mushroom Seer's lagging a bit behind and might not make it.
