Rage is a new Legendary card on the market that I have been keen to try out. A very high 16 mana cost but it comes with 4 magic attack and a lot of health and shield.
The real reason I got it was because I thought it had Weapons Training ability. But that only starts at level 2. Unfortunately, that's too expensive a price to pay for Bronze I and Silver III but if I was playing in the higher leagues, I'd definitely get it.
A One Dragon Wrecking Ball
So, there are some limitations with having the card. For one, you need a high mana battle to use it. At least 40+ to make sense. In lower mana battles, 30 or less, it can be a bit of a liability.
The other issue, is that Dragon battles can sometimes be hard to come by. Sometimes it can be two or three battles before you can use the Dragon splinter.
Here's one battle where Rage was a one dragon wrecking ball. Coupled with some backup from the weapons training cards in the background, the result was never in doubt. Not to mention that the void ability meant that only one of my opponent's units did any damage.
Here's another battle that I really liked where Rage made a big difference. Especially the ability to kill off an opponent's card with just one hit. You can catch a replay of the battle here: https://next.splinterlands.com/battle/sl_0cc4b07b8ff5a6631a4f81180ed1e7d0?ref=charcoalbuffet
What do you think of Rage? Have you used it battle? Personally, while I like it, I think it needs to be at level 2 before it becomes really useful. Otherwise, it is just a very mana expensive tank.

In the first game, I didn't think the opponent could have done anything with the weapon's training that you've utilized, good win actually.

Thank you. One thing i've been meaning to try out is to combine two weapons trainers of the same kind. I wonder if that would give one of the cards a 2+4 = 6 magic attack.
