@leohira123 - can you concisely elaborate on what you are not clear about? Spirituality is difficult to break down into 1,2,3. I have done my best to bring in the most basic elements. It is about experiencing it. One could liken it to what is known as Goethean Science - mixing being with doing (ontology with epistemology). In the current world view we are focused only on the physical and therefore epistemology (knowledge) is king. However, spirituality is individual and requires one to experience the inner realms of reality (and these differ from person to person - it is individual). :). I teach this to people in my area! :)
