Greetings friends I tell you that today he visited me and told me to bake him a chocolate cake. So I decided to share this recipe and hope you like it.
Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
🎂 1 cup of milk.
🎂 2 cups flour.
🎂 1 cup sugar.
🎂 125 g of butter.
🎂 150 g of cocoa.
🎂 3 Eggs.
🎂 3 tablespoons baking powder.
🎂 1 tablespoon vanilla.
🎂 1 pinch of salt.
🎂 1 pinch of baking soda.
🎂 1 small spoonful of vinegar.
🎂 Preheat oven to 350 ° C.
Preparation:
Place the butter, egg whites and sugar in the mixer. Beat until creamy. Then add the egg yolks, the salt yolks, the baking soda. Continue mixing. Add milk, flour, vinegar, baking powder and chocolate powder. Beat the mixture well. Grease with butter and sprinkle with flour the mould where the mixture is to be poured. Pour the mixture into the greased mould and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
If you want to vary the flavor instead of putting a cup of milk I only put half a cup of milk and half a cup of coffee, the flavor will be exquisite.
It is very easy and quick to do.
Tips:
🎂 Separate the white from the egg yolks.
🎂 The butter should be at room temperature to make it easier to mix.
