Vivir cerca tan cerca del mar hace que la vida sea más relajada; al menos para mi lo es.
Cuando mi mente empieza con su parloteo estresante, sólo tengo que caminar un par de cuadras para llegar a este rincón mágico; me siento en un gran tronco de algún árbol caído y respiro profundamente.
Sólo me concentro en el susurro del mar, mi mente se aquieta poco a poco y me doy cuenta de lo privilegiada que soy al poder disfrutar esta hermosa vista a la hora que quiera.
Me fundo con la arena, las olas y la brisa marina y entonces sé que todo es perfecto como es
Cuéntenme ¿qué les ayuda a aquietar la mente?
