Mi mamá le encanta la torta de vainilla, así pura pasta con café así que quise hacerla una, para que la disfrutara.
Estos son los:
Ingredientes:
- Harina leudante 3 tazas
- Azúcar 2 tazas
- Mantequilla 250 gr
- 2 cucharadas de vainilla.
- 6 huevos.
- 500 ml de leche, café o jugo de naranja.
Cantidad: 16 porciones triangulares
Tiempo: 30 min
Preparación:
- Mezclar la mantequilla y el azúcar.
- Cuando la mezcla este cremosa, añadir los huevos de uno en uno y la vainilla.
- Luego la harina y el café.
- El molde para que no se pegue la pasta, untar mantequilla y harina leudante y luego vaciar la mezcla.
- Llevar al horno.
Y listo, Es hora de probar el resultado.
