Les recuerdo que somos una empresa familiar que busca el crecimiento de una forma correcta, ahorita mismo por las redes sociales nos estamos manejando con diferentes artistas para realizar publicidad de nuestros productos estoy nos ha funcionado de una buena manera para publicitar nuestros deliciosos productos. Receta de Pinchos de Ensalada Caprese
Ingredientes:
- Queso Mozarella
- Tomate Cherry o tomate perita
- Palitos de Bambú
- Mostaza
- Azucar
- Aceite
- Albahaca
Preparación
Inicialmente picamos el queso mozarella en cuadritos tamaños bocado al igual que el tomate perita (si es tomare cherry sólo se lava y no se pica), se lavan las hojas de albahacas y se procede a ensamblar los Mini-Pinchos.
Según la cantidad de Mini-Pinchos se prepara la mostaza dulce, probando el nivel de dulzor de su preferencia para el aderezo de mostaza, se va emulsionando la mostaza con el azúcar y el aceite hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada.
