El homebanking es una herramienta muy útil y cómoda con la cual desde nuestro hogar podemos realizar transferencias, consultar saldo, comprar/vender divisas, invertir y ver los últimos movimientos de cuenta, entre otras cosas.
Pero el riesgo de que nos roben por este medio es muy alto. Esto no se debe a que el homebanking sea inseguro, sino mas bien, todo lo contrario. Los bancos cuentan con mucha seguridad para evitar estos robos.
En este artículo te voy a enseñar algunos Tips que tenes que tener muy en cuenta si querés evitar que te roben.
Es preferible entrar a la página de tu banco directamente escribiendo la url. No se recomienda acceder desde un motor de búsqueda.
Debes fijarte siempre, que la url sea correcta.
Prestar atención y antes de loguearnos, revisar que la url tenga el prefijo https://, con la “s”, de seguro.
Evitá ingresar desde una computadora o desde un dispositivo que no sean tuyos.
No guardes tu usuario y contraseña en un archivo de texto, Word o Excel. Por el solo hecho de estar conectados a internet, alguien puede acceder a esos archivos.
No escribas en papel tu usuario y contraseña.
Si querés acceder desde una aplicación móvil, revisa que sea la oficial antes de descargarla.
Te recomiendo mucho, activar el 2FA, el token o la tarjeta de coordenadas.
Nunca accedas a través de un link que haya llegado por correo (phishing) o por sms (smishing).
