Blanche y Blonde de La Brasserie du Mont Saleve (Esp-Eng)

Como ya he escrito en alguna ocasión, siempre suelo veranear por Francia unos días y además de hacer turismo, combino el viaje con mi otra pasión que es la cerveza artesana. He descubierto muchas marcas francesas que me han encantado, especialmente Prizm y Aerofab, pero siempre intento probar la cerveza local de los lugares que visitos. En muchas ocasiones no he oído hablar en mi vida de dichas cerveceras y unas veces descubres una gran cerveza y otras te llevas alguna decepción, pues en el mundo de la cerveza artesana también hay mucha cervecera pequeña que no merece la pena. Con Brasserie du Mont Saleve, cervecera local de la zona de la Alta Saboya Francesa y Pre Alpes, tuve una grata experiencia. Os muestro las dos cervezas que probé.

Cerveza fácil de beber. Quizá le falte algo de lúpulo para ser una American Pale Ale, APA. Mucho sabor a cereal y floral en un trago fácil y refrescante. Sin más. Sin fallos, pero muy sencilla

Mucho mejor que la anterior. Una IPA de trigo, o IPA blanca, de manual. Con la mezcla de sabores amargos del lúpulo y especiados y a banana del trigo. Muy sabrosa.
Un aroma muy complejo completa la cerveza.

Buenas sensaciones con esta cervecera. Recomendable por calidad y precio razonable.

Easy drinking beer. Maybe it lacks some hops to be an American Pale Ale, APA. Lots of cereal and floral flavor in an easy and refreshing drink. Without further ado. No bugs, but very simple

Much better than the previous one. A textbook wheat IPA, or white IPA. With the mixture of bitter flavors from hops and spices and banana from wheat. Very tasty.
A very complex aroma completes the beer.

Good feelings with this brewery. Recommended for quality and reasonable price.
