"Magick Brother" (released in 1970) is the name of the debut album, by the Anglo-French band, Gong. The group was founded by the legendary Australian musician Daevid Allen in 1967. It was also composed of, Gilli Smyth, Allan Holdsworth, Tim Blake, Didier Malherbe, Bill Bruford, Pip Pyle, Gilli Smyth, Steve Hillage, Mike Howlett, Pierre Moerlen or Jorge Pinchevsky All of them emblematic artists of progressive rock, jazz rock and especially of the canterbury scene ... Musically Gong is integrated into the sounds of the canterbury scene, but it is also an emblematic band of space rock and psychedelia .. . =)
