Notices to Steemit, Inc. should be directed to legal@steemit.comHi @anthonyadavisii I feel quite sure that you know full well that people do not necessarily need to have been 'doing' anything to be attacked by the biggest self vote abuser and shit poster on the platform. His actions are a clear violation of the terms of service and should be dealt with appropriately.

I've voiced my disagreement with how Bernie flags but he doesn't seem to care what I think.
As far as the StInc TOS is concerned, I think a case could be made based on how they interpret it.
Nevertheless, wouldn't think that would do any more than block his accounts from their API.
