This was from a while back about a two years ago and so far I am only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal

First picture is quarter pound bacon cheeseburger with fries. Second picture is just a plain quarter pound burger.
THURSDAY (4/12/18)
Front and back view of what I drank. I drank half of it so it wasn't too bad plus it got micro nutrients.
I had my desert. I calculated from all the tortillas I ate from the first row and third row is about 400 calories and if you include the starbucks canned drink that is a total of 500 calories. With everything I just ate on this day including 10000 steps from my fitness blog I was able to squeeze in coffee and cake.
FRIDAY (4/13/18)
I had 2 Vietnamese sandwiches. I calculate each one is about 600 calories and I had 2 of them making a total of 1200 calories.
SATURDAY (4/14/18)
I had the two bowls you see and very little of the top left corner.
SUNDAY (4/15/18)
SUMMARY
With how this week turned out Sunday is the day I really FUCKED UP my diet. Every other day was a small step forward including Wednesday cause what I ate and my RMR should cancel each other out plus I did plenty of steps by walking from class to class. Calculating the calories I consumed with my fitness I feel pretty sure I took 3 steps forward and 1 step back but at the very least 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
